Scott Leggett

BROKER ASSOCIATE

My real estate philosophy is rooted in two things: problem-solving and creating win-win outcomes. Every transaction comes with its own set of challenges, and I thrive on finding creative solutions that work for everyone involved. With a background in both finance and real estate, I bring a calm, steady presence, consistent communication and the ability to see all sides of a deal — helping my clients navigate the process with confidence.

I graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a business degree and started my career as a CPA in Denver, spending a decade in tax accounting. While I enjoyed planning and structuring transactions, the compliance side left me wanting something more dynamic. That led me into the financial services industry — and eventually, to real estate, which I wish I’d found right out of college.

My first role was selling new mountain condos in Breckenridge for a developer who also happened to be reshaping downtown Denver from Commons Park to Union Station. That opportunity launched my 19-year career in Riverfront Park, where I sold 12 different projects, over 1,200 units and more than half a billion dollars in prime Denver real estate. In my last ten years there, I served as managing broker, discovering how much I enjoyed guiding other brokers through complex deals and unique challenges.

Outside of real estate, I live a very different kind of life — as a rancher. My sanctuary is five wild acres along Boulder Creek, where I care for two horses, a mini-donkey and the land itself. It’s hard work, but like in real estate, when you love what you do, it’s all worth it.

If you’re looking for an experienced, level-headed partner to help you reach your real estate goals, let’s work together.
