My real estate philosophy is simple: treat every client as if they’re my only client. That commitment has helped me build a nearly two-decade career as one of Denver’s top-producing real estate agents. Since starting in real estate in 2008, I’ve personally completed more than 900 transactions representing over $700 million in sales, consistently ranking among the top agents in the Denver Metro Area. Most recently, I was recognized as the #1 agent in Denver by RealTrends for 2025, along with numerous other top-producer and industry awards throughout my career.

With degrees in finance, real estate and construction management, I bring a combination of market knowledge, design vision, construction experience and investment expertise to every transaction—whether I’m helping someone buy their first home, sell a longtime residence, find a luxury property or build a real estate portfolio.

But my story in real estate started long before I ever became a Realtor.

I was born and raised in Downtown Chicago. Instead of playing sports as a kid, I learned to restore classic cars with my father—Jaguars, Triumphs, Alfas, BMWs and plenty of other amazing machines. That early obsession with cars taught me something I still carry into real estate today: I love understanding how things are built, what makes them special and what can be done to make them better.

My passion for real estate also started at a very young age. My dad decided to try loft living before “loft” was really a thing. Because our first loft was essentially a raw industrial space, he let my imagination run wild and allowed his ten-year-old son to design our entire home. There were many lofts that followed, and I always tried to make the next one more interesting than the last. My favorite idea was putting our living room on heavy casters so the entire room could be moved around the house when needed.

In college, a history of architecture class cemented my interest in real estate. I became fascinated by architects like Frank Lloyd Wright and Mies van der Rohe, and I began to understand how architecture, design, function and place could fundamentally change the way people experience a home.

I started college at Purdue, but after a summer visit to Colorado, I transferred to the University of Colorado Boulder for my remaining three years. After college, I moved directly to Denver and settled in the Riverfront Park neighborhood. I still miss Chicago—especially in the summer—but I absolutely love the lifestyle, weather, people and neighborhoods that make Denver home.

My family has always been a huge part of who I am. My mother was a special education teacher in Chicago and my father owned a commercial television store. They both passed away at 69, thirteen years apart, and not a day goes by that I don’t miss them terribly.

My grandfather, who lived to be 101 and passed away in 2019, was my hero. He taught me that education and family are two of the most important things in life and, even after retiring in his late 80s, instilled in me an incredibly strong work ethic. Those lessons have stayed with me throughout my career.

Today, I live in Sloan’s Lake with my wife, Lindsay, our daughter, Blake, our son, Max, and our mutt, Archie. I’m fortunate to have a lot of my family here in the Denver area, and I’ve always considered my closest friends to be family as well.

After nearly two decades helping people navigate Denver real estate, I still wake up excited about what’s ahead. I love the houses, the neighborhoods, the architecture, the cars, the people and, most of all, the relationships that come with this business.
