Awards Season

Every year Realtors gather for the biggest award ceremony we have – The Excellence Awards for Denver Metro Association of Realtors. Spicy sounding right? There are over 20,000 agents in the metro area so even being recognized IS a big deal!

And this year it was truly special. For the second time since opening our doors, Hatch Realty won for top producing brokerage in the Denver metro area! With just 6 agents in our office last year, we sold over $176,000,000 worth of homes. That was 188 clients who trusted us to help them with the biggest purchase and/or sale of their lives.

In a topsy-turvy market we found a way to be successful. I am truly proud of all the Hatch Agents and what we are continuing to create at our boutique brokerage.

Annnnnd yes, I’m also proud I was named the overall #3 highest producing Realtor in the metro area with over $88,000,000 in sales myself. A personal best.

All that said, it isn’t really about the numbers. The goal is never to just sell someone a home. Our job is to help clients make the best decisions possible. It is never to just sell someone’s house it is to help clients maximize the return on their investment. Without the trust of our clients, none of this is possible. We do not take this for granted.
